From a young age, drawing and writing have allowed me to escape into a world of my own. Weekends were my favorite time, spent creating art for my family. Creativity has always felt like a gift meant to be shared with the world.
My lifelong passion for drawing and the arts now brings me into a meditative state, where I can dream freely, explore alternative worlds, and tell the stories of my people. As an Eelam Tamil and French woman, my art resides at the intersection of femininity, power, politics, nature, culture, Eelam Tamil identity, and the refugee experience. Through art, I pursue and express a profound sense of freedom.
